How We Work
Every dog is different, so we start every new relationship the same way: a free Meet & Greet or initial assessment, before any walk, small group placement, or Group Adventure. We look at temperament, behaviour, and comfort — not just size or breed — to make sure the service you choose is genuinely the right fit.
Private Dog Walking is our foundation: one-on-one care, on-leash, at your dog’s own pace. Small Group Walks and Group Adventures build on that same careful-matching approach for dogs who are ready for more social time — never a mass group walk, and never instant-booked without an assessment.
Built to Grow
Tri-Cities Pet Care is built as a scalable local pet-care business, not a one-person operation forever. Our service structure, pricing, and scheduling are designed so that as demand grows, our architecture supports additional walkers running their own routes and groups — the same careful assessment and safety standards apply no matter who’s walking your dog.

Safety Comes First
Compatibility assessment is required before any dog joins a Small Group Walk or Group Adventure. We handle every dog with care appropriate to their individual temperament and needs, and we’re upfront about what’s confirmed and what isn’t — we don’t claim credentials, insurance, or certifications we haven’t actually completed and had reviewed.
